Agalarov Development and ATLAS Development Partner on Projects in Sochi and Baku

Emin Agalarov, President of Agalarov Development, and Vladimir Gorodenker, founder of ATLAS Development, have signed a strategic partnership agreement. The parties agreed to jointly develop three investment projects: two in Sochi and one at Sea Breeze in Baku.
The agreement provides for the development of real estate, hospitality, and service infrastructure in key tourist destinations with strong growth potential. The projects include both the redevelopment of existing properties and the launch of new development initiatives.
The first project under the partnership will be the BENEFIT Sochi Sea Breeze, hotel complex in central Sochi. The property is located between two parks, just 500 meters from the coastline, and is scheduled to open in December 2026. The second project, BENEFIT Collection Sky Breeze Sochi in the Mountain Olympic Village, will feature serviced apartments along with year-round thermal infrastructure near the ski lift. The third potential project will be developed within Sea Breeze in Baku. It is currently at the planning stage, with further details to be announced at a later date.
Emin Agalarov said the partnership would bring together the expertise of both companies to create projects that appeal to both investors and residents. Vladimir Gorodenker added that the collaboration would open up new opportunities to scale projects and strengthen their position in the international market.
