Grand opening of Sea Breeze flagship sales office in Moscow

On April 24, the grand opening of the flagship sales office for the resort town of Sea Breeze was held in Khamovniki, Moscow. Situated within the residential complex "Garden Quarters" on Efremova st, 10, the event was marked by the presence of Emin Agalarov, the founder and owner of Sea Breeze, who welcomed the guests.

This new office represents the third Sea Breeze location in Moscow, reflecting the robust growth of the brand and the significant interest in its projects within the Russian market.

Notable attendees included producer Yana Rudkovskaya, Taras Demura, chairman of the board of directors at FUN&SUN, Vladimir Rubtsov, general director of FUN&SUN, Anton Agapov, deputy general director of the YES apart-hotel chain, Sharif Danilov, founder of the business channel "Razborshchik," Denis Kutergin, one of the founders of the service YouDo and the "Osnovateli" business conference, and influential blogger Sergey Kalyuzhny, among others.

The day featured sessions for brokers highlighting new projects from Sea Breeze, culminating in an evening ceremony marked by the official opening of the office and cutting of the red ribbon by Emin Agalarov and Ayaz Tagiev, the commercial director of Sea Breeze.

As Agalarov expressed, "The opening of the flagship sales office in Khamovniki signifies not only an expansion of our project but also a vital opportunity to strengthen our relationships with clients, facilitating ongoing growth and development."

During the event, several pivotal initiatives for the season were also unveiled. Notably, the commencement of sales for the YES apart-hotel in Sea Breeze was announced. This modern 16-story complex, with a total area of 60,000 square meters, will be strategically located near key infrastructure and essential facilities, offering prospective owners and guests unmatched convenience.

Additionally, the ceremony included the signing of a cooperation agreement between Sea Breeze and FUN&SUN, the resort town’s first tour operator partner. This collaboration aims to enhance Azerbaijan's profile as a premier destination for beach vacations, enabling Russian tourists to enjoy relaxing getaways on the Caspian Sea through attractive package tours.
