Sea Breeze to Launch an Exclusive Hotel-Style Senior Living Residence

On March 12, 2026, at the international real estate exhibition MIPIM in Cannes, Emin Agalarov, founder of the Sea Breeze resort city; Konstantin Grinfeld, CEO of the international medical cluster Sea Breeze Health Valley; and Boris Levin, Vice President and one of the founders of Mediterranean Towers Assisted Living, a leading network of exclusive hotel-style residences for seniors, signed an agreement to develop a senior living residence at Sea Breeze.
The agreement outlines the joint development of the “Exclusive Hotel-Style Senior Living Residence” project at Sea Breeze. The new complex will combine comfortable accommodation, medical support and recreational amenities. The project will draw on more than 30 years of Mediterranean Towers’ experience in developing and operating modern senior living and retirement communities, designed to provide residents with comfortable living conditions, medical care, and a wide range of social, cultural, and educational programs.
This project marks an important step in the development of Sea Breeze’s infrastructure and the Sea Breeze Health Valley medical cluster, introducing modern international standards of senior care and retirement living to the region.
